SoulGlow Light Layers

SoulGlow Light Layers is a set of 8 light layers and 8 light enhancing textures.


It was designed to add light and a lovely glow to your images. Since I started shooting RAW I noticed almost all of my photos would come out a little dull, and I also tend to underexpose them. I needed a easy way to liven and lighten them up. That's when I thought of creating Light Layers, they can add glow and light at the same time, and some of them have a subtle texture as well. They give the best results used on "Soft Light" mode. They can still be used on "Overlay" mode, but at a lower opacity.  Since those are light layers, if your opacity is too high on "Overlay" you may end up with a burnt look, so that is why I recommend you use them in "Soft light" mode.   Light Layers can be duplicated for a stronger effect or combined.  A tutorial is included in the file.

New actions are being released today! The Soulful BW Workflow is a complete set of monochrome actions, including matching textures and overlays. Plus a grunge vignette to top it off. All you need to completely edit your monochrome photos. You can either texturize your photo before running the BW actions with your own texture, or run the action and use the provided matching texture and overlay.
