Legacy \leg-a-cy\n, pl. -cies
1. money or property that is left to somebody in a will
2. something that is handed down or remains from a previous generation or time

I love antiques and old, vintage objects, first of all they have that timeless beauty, but most of all they have a history... How many people sang and played on this old piano? How many people shared laughter or pain around this dining room furniture? How many clothes this sewing machine created? If these objects could tell all their stories, it sure would be amazing... I would listen!

This dining room furniture has been given to me by my grand-mother, Évangéline. She was born in the early 1900's and it was her wedding present. I love it so much! The sewing machine was from her too, I still use it from time to time, it still works perfectly!
